Are the astrologers real people?
No. Every astrologer in Astro 24 is an AI persona that reads from your birth details using Vedic astrology. The app labels them as AI in every chat. Readings are for guidance and entertainment — they are not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
What happens after the 1-day free trial?
To start the trial you approve a UPI AutoPay mandate; a ₹1 verification charge is refunded instantly. If you don't cancel during the trial, Premium continues at the monthly price shown in the app. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from Settings in the app, or revoke the AutoPay mandate in your UPI or bank app. Renewals stop, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
Are my chats private?
Your chat history is stored on your phone, not on our servers. Messages are sent securely to generate each reply and are not used for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details.
I don't know my birth time. Can I still use it?
Yes. Tick "I don't know" when you add your details. Readings that depend on the exact time (like your lagna) will be marked as approximate.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes — from Settings → Delete Account, or follow the steps on the Delete Account page. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription.
