This policy describes who owns the content in Astro 24 - Astrology AI (the "App") and how to report content you believe infringes your copyright.
1. Ownership
The App's software, design, logo, astrologer names, personas and portraits, illustrations, text and other content are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other laws. The astrologer portraits are original artwork of fictional people; they do not depict any real person.
2. Your Use
- You may use the App and the readings you receive for your own personal, non-commercial use, and share them with friends and family.
- You may not copy, sell, republish or create derivative products from the App, its personas or its content without our written permission.
3. Your Content
You keep ownership of the questions and photos you enter. You allow us to process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Reporting Infringement
If you believe something in the App infringes your copyright, contact us through Settings → Chat with us in the App with:
- Your name and contact details.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- Where the material appears in the App (screen, astrologer or screenshot).
- A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorised by the owner or the law.
- A statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable infringing material where appropriate.
5. Trademarks
"Astro 24" and its logo are our trademarks. Google Play, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and Razorpay are trademarks of their respective owners.
