You can delete your Astro 24 - Astrology AI account and its data at any time.
1. Delete From the App (Fastest)
- Open the App and tap your profile picture on the Home screen.
- Go to Settings and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.
2. Request Deletion Without the App
If you no longer have the App, ask us to delete your account through Settings → Chat with us in the App (after reinstalling), or by email. Include the email address of the account. We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
3. What Gets Deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, profile picture).
- Your birth details, from our servers and from your device.
- Your chat history on that device. (Chats are stored only on your phone; uninstalling the App on other phones removes them there.)
- Your push-notification token and subscription link to your account.
4. What We Keep
- Transaction records (payment IDs, amounts and dates) for up to 8 years, as required by Indian tax law. These contain no card or UPI details.
- An anonymous message counter for your sign-in ID, so deleting and re-creating an account can't be used to get free messages again. It holds no name, email or chat content.
- Analytics and crash data that cannot identify you, for up to 14 months.
5. Your Subscription
Deleting your account cancels your Premium subscription and stops all future UPI AutoPay renewals. Any remaining paid time is forfeited and not refunded (see our Refund Policy). You can also revoke the mandate in your UPI app to be sure.
6. Just Want a Break?
To stop using the App without deleting anything, go to Settings → Logout and uninstall the App. Your birth details will be restored if you sign in again later.
