These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Astro 24 - Astrology AI mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the Service

Astro 24 lets you chat with AI astrologers that prepare readings from your birth details using Vedic astrology, including kundli readings, daily rashifal, compatibility, muhurat, tarot, numerology and remedies.

2. Guidance and Entertainment Only

• Astrology is a traditional practice, not a science. Readings are offered for spiritual guidance and entertainment and do not predict the future with certainty.
• Nothing in the App is medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions about your health, money, legal matters or safety, and never stop a medical treatment because of a reading.
• If you are in distress or thinking of harming yourself, please contact a doctor or a helpline such as Tele-MANAS (14416) immediately.
• You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the App.

3. Eligibility and Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You sign in with Google (or Apple on iPhone). Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
• Provide accurate birth details — readings depend on them.

4. Messages, Free Use and Premium

• Free: new accounts get 3 free messages in total.
• Premium: a monthly subscription that includes 200 messages every 30 days, with all astrologers. Unused messages do not carry over.
• Free trial: Premium may start with a 1-day free trial. To begin it you approve a UPI AutoPay mandate; a ₹1 verification charge is refunded. Unless you cancel during the trial, the subscription continues at the price shown in the App at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month through UPI AutoPay until cancelled. Prices are shown in the App and may change; we will tell you before a price change applies to your renewal.
• Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for anything unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit or harassing.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, overload or get around the App's limits or security.
• Use bots or scripts, or resell or redistribute the App's content.
• Impersonate anyone or enter another person's details without their permission.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, astrologer personas, portraits, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the readings you receive for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. See our Copyright Policy.

7. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We try to keep the App available 24×7, but it may sometimes be unavailable due to maintenance, network problems or our providers. We may change, add or remove features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on readings. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes and Contact
